These terms define how institutions and users can access and use IQAC Portal responsibly for academic quality assurance operations.
2. Service Scope
IQAC Portal provides software workflows for quality assurance including event management, document verification, AI-assisted report generation, messaging, and audit controls.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, controlling access to your credentials, and ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate and authorized.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure, interfere with service availability, or violate applicable regulations and policies.
5. AI-Generated Output
AI-generated summaries, checks, or recommendations are assistive outputs and must be reviewed by authorized staff before institutional submission or publication.
6. Data and Intellectual Property
Institutional data remains owned by the institution or originating party. Platform software, UI, and service logic remain the intellectual property of IQAC Portal and licensors.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update features, limits, interfaces, and integrations to improve reliability, security, or compliance. Planned maintenance or emergency interruptions may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IQAC Portal is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use or temporary unavailability.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, security risks, or institutional requests. Certain audit/compliance records may be retained as required.
10. Governing Updates
These terms may be revised over time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
